At the San Jose Public Library, this volunteer provides on-site leadership to the homework club at the library by: • Supporting the Homework Coach volunteers that are providing homework assistance to students • Monitoring Homework Club activities and help keep environment conducive to learning • Collaborating with staff to create and provide enrichment activities for students who complete their homework • Assisting with administrative tasks such as record keeping • Working directly with students on their homework when needed
